In recent years, RVT Group has supported during the construction of a type 26 warship, where an effective, compliant climate control solution was installed to maintain suitable conditions for paint drying and curing within hundreds of compartments to enable a first in class ship to meet a critical milestone in its journey to completion, making way for the next ship in class to take its place in dry-dock. We also helped protect workers’ health from welding fumes and grinding dust during a major amphibious assault ship refurbishment, and during flooring repairs within an aircraft hangar museum, we installed a dust control solution to capture, contain and control hazardous dust, protecting the aircrafts from any damage. These projects all required close co-ordination with contractors, and strict adherence to site procedures. Our solutions ensured project teams were able to progress safely, with minimal downtime needed.
