80 years after WWII, US and UK unite again at DSEI

This September, DSEI 2025 will once again become the world stage for the defense and security sectors, and the United States will take the spotlight with the largest international presence at the show.

The USA Partnership Pavilion, organized by Kallman Worldwide, will cover 8,000 sqm, and feature 201 U.S. exhibitors from 37 states, including three state pavilions, 40 companies new to market, and 65 exhibiting at DSEI for the first time. This year’s Pavilion features an almost 23% increase in exhibitor space over the last show edition.

The USA Partnership Pavilion is America’s headquarters at the show, showcasing the power of American innovation and partnership where companies of all sizes can build relationships and grow exports.

The U.S. presence has special significance as this show year coincides with the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II. Many of the companies represented within the Pavilion trace their heritage back to the war era as suppliers to allied forces and continue to support global defense needs today.

In recognition of this important history, the USA Partnership Pavilion will display both U.S. and U.K. flags that were raised, flown over, and subsequently ceremoniously lowered at the American Cemetery in Cambridge, UK. The cemetery is the final resting place or place of remembrance for more than 8,000 American service members who fought in WWII. The flags will be presented during the Opening Ceremony of the USA Partnership Pavilion.

During WWII, U.S. and U.K. industry stood side by side, building the tanks, aircraft, ships, and munitions that helped secure victory. Eight decades later, that spirit of innovation and cooperation continues – strengthening our nations, our industries, and our shared future.

“The U.S. presence at DSEI UK is a powerful reminder of what’s possible when allies unite with common purpose. From the factories of World War II to today’s cutting-edge technologies, we’ve come a long way,” said Tom Kallman, President and CEO of Kallman Worldwide, Inc.
“This event is more than just a trade show. It is where the global defense industry comes together; it is where innovation and collaboration converge. Our goal is to help American exhibitors build lasting partnerships.”

The USA Partnership Pavilion will hold an Opening Ceremony to officially declare the Pavilion as open for business. This prestigious gathering, happening on Tuesday, September 9, at the USA Partnership Pavilion, will be attended by high-ranking U.S. and U.K. government officials and is supported by Lockheed Martin and Red Cat.

Speaking remarks will be followed by a ceremonial ribbon-cutting and photo opportunities. The U.S. and U.K. flags from the American Cemetery will also be presented during the event.

The Opening Ceremony is open to all DSEI attendees and serves to formally welcome exhibitors, government officials, visitors, and partners to the Pavilion.

Invited guest of honor:
U.S. Ambassador to the Court of St. James’s, Warren A. Stephens
